Good news: For some things, the fee is waived! For example, if you just need to book a hotel or if you request a specific cruise itinerary, there is no planning fee!For comprehensive travel planning, a fee does apply. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and personal attention that go into creating a trip tailored to you. It covers destination research, itinerary customization, booking coordination, and ongoing support throughout the planning and while you travel. As a general example, a week-long trip that includes multiple accommodations, transportation logistics, and activities has a fee of $350. How far in advance should I book?

It depends on the trip! Travel around popular events or exclusive experiences often require at least 12 months of planning. For example, African safaris, Grand Slam tennis tournaments, or Antarctic expeditions can get booked well in advance. Of course, not all travel needs that much preparation. But, whenever possible, the more time we have to plan, the better! Having a head start gives us time to find that perfect boutique hotel, secure a fabulous tour guide, and build in special experiences that make a trip unforgettable. Our advice? If you're dreaming of a trip, let's start planning sooner rather than later. It's always better to have options than wish we had started earlier!
